Hotel staff provided exceptional service, making meals rememberable—especially at Norca, where the food was both top-notch and beautifully presented. The location was ideal for exploring Ottawa's vibrant neighborhoods.

I loved how clean and well-decorated The Classic Room – 1 King Bed felt. The amenities really stood out, like the heated floors and plush robes. It was spacious and modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were genuinely welcoming. they helped with city navigation and even chatted about wine at the restaurant. The steak I ordered for dinner was high-quality and delicious. I appreciated the purified water provided on each floor, truly refreshing. breakfast started a bit late at 7 am, which is inconvenient for early risers. Room service cut off at 10 pm, making it tough if you're looking for a late-night snack. A mini fridge in the room would have been a great addition too. Despite these small issues, my stay felt luxurious overall.

The location is close to places like Byward Market and the Ottawa Art Gallery, making it a breeze to explore the area. The Signature Room boasts a Nespresso machine which can be cleverly manipulated for a full cup if you’re resourceful with the capsules.
Unfortunately, breakfast starts at 7 AM, which isn't ideal for early birds. The breakfast options are quite limited, lacking variety and offerings like soup in the main courses. The single Nespresso machine yielded only petite espresso shots, requiring multiple capsules for a proper cup. The surrounding area feels a bit sketchy at times, and although there's a recommendation for a nearby spa, its limited hours hurt the overall experience.

Just a perfect match for a swift visit in Ottawa with real value for money. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helped me navigate the city easily. Pick a room away from the main road for a quieter experience.

Had a nice stay! The staff were super friendly and really helpful. The lobby looked amazing after its redesign, and the rooms were spacious and well set out. Loved the nespresso in the morning! Just wish the breakfast hours were a bit earlier for early risers.
